This USTAR project was a research center for Utah State University. It was a $2 million dollar concrete contract. Thanks to Gramoll Construction (CM) this was a very smooth & fast project. Their ability to efficiently and reasonably deal with the ever changing scope made this project fair for not only themselves and the owners but the subcontractors working under them. Great example of teamwork.

ULEM was a project that we did for Sahara Inc. on the west lawn of the Utah State Capital. It memorial dedicated to the rememberance of all of the Utah law enforcement officers who have died while on duty. Needless to say we took the quality architectural concrete on this project very seriously. The memorial looks amazing. We suggest that if you are ever in the area that you take a couple of minutes to stop and see this one.

Pervious concrete is not to be taken lightly. It is an amazing & durable product when placed properly. Don't mess around with a contractor that wants to learn how to do it on your project. Sunrise Senior Living Center. This project with a concrete cost of $3.7 Million, was completed in 2008.This was a great project for us because of the unique and challenging structural and architectural elements of the parking structure. Arnell-West  was the general contractor for this project, and it was our pleasure to work with them and look forward to many more projects of this caliber.  

Jerry Seiner Hummer was an extra addition to the existing Jerry Seiner Chevrolet in Salt Lake City. This was a unique job in the fashion of the decorative concrete foundations around the front of the building and the the uniquely finished piers for the roof.

Presidential Villas is a multi-family housing unit placed at the mouth of immigration canyon. This project included an underground parking garage with several uniquely designed storage storage garages and retaining walls.

This is a terrific custom residence in the Kaysville area. As you can see it has a couple of amazing architectural concrete walls. Architectural concrete is all about the formwork and as you can see our carpenters did a great job on this one. With custom reveal at 2'x4' and all of the form ties located strategically this is a piece of work that we are very proud of. These walls were placed in the middle of winter, adding to the difficulty. The freeze/thaw, as well as the snow & ice, made it very difficult to keep tight tolerances on the formwork, but as you can see, with time & patience our crew was successful.
